  • Classic style of team building. This Team Booster option is designed to provide fundamental team-building experiences centering around timeless activities that are versatile and suitable for a wide range of teams and objectives.

    • Half day team building

    Activities are selected depending on your team dynamics and team objectives, such as promoting teamwork, encouraging interaction, and/or highlighting the importance of effective communication.

  • Reconnect, Realign & Recharge team building focuses on core aspects of collaboration, communication, and camaraderie. Participants not only enjoy team bonding activities, but they learn through interactive workshops that help them with their day-to-day lives.

    • Full day team building

    • Includes an EMC Signature Workshop

    • Up to 6 activities included

    • 6 to 8 hours session

    There are 2 Signature Workshops available:

    • The People Manual: Designed to foster collaboration that can help strengthen existing relationships. Participants will understand individual strengths, weaknesses and how to improve team cohesiveness.

    • Power Up Your Productivity: Designed for individuals seeking to reclaim their time and navigate priorities with finesse. This workshop covers the secrets to cultivating a winning productivity mindset, empowering participants to pave the way for an enhanced quality of life.

    Workshops will be paired with up to 6 team building activities based on your objectives as well as your team dynamics.

  • The main activity in the Photo Hunt team building option is a challenge for teams to find and capture photographs based on what is provided to them. This picture-taking activity encourages unity and tests the team’s observation skills. The agenda for Photo Hunt team building will include an icebreaker and closing activities for a cohesive flow. Photo Hunt Versions: Classic, Drawing Edition, Pose That Edition, Rainbow Edition & City Edition.

  • Mission Impossible involves a spy assignment in which teams complete tasks and collect puzzle pieces from "spies and informants" situated across the designated area. These puzzle pieces, when assembled, form a secret message. Each team's puzzle links with all the other puzzles, connecting to form one key message.

  • In Amazing Race, teams compete in a series of tasks to win points. Each task tests a specific set of skills, requiring teams to tap into their collective problem-solving abilities, time management, delegation and strategic thinking skills to effectively complete the challenges as quickly or accurately as possible.

  • A leadership development retreat, the Breakthrough Blueprint focuses on breaking through barriers and fostering personal and team growth. It includes goal-setting and/or motivational workshops and talks. Activities designed to concentrate on leadership skills, communication, and decision-making abilities. The agenda will include a ‘mind sweep’ to uncover the latent situation of the team as well as drafting of an action plan towards the end of day.
