Graduating with an engineering degree, Mina came home to an unexpected shift of career in different industries such as business startups, finance and consultancy. Throughout her career, she has transitioned from a technical background to customer-centric industry.

Mina is currently a junior consultant, coach and certified financial planner. Her mantra is to focus on giving value; because when we build good things for others, we end up building ourselves.

In her current line of work, Mina is experienced in initiating, building and maintaining relationships with clients, enabling them to open up, gain clarity and take accountability to achieve their goals. Additionally, she collaborates with local and regional organisations such as Baiduri Bank, YSEALI and She Leads Southeast Asia as an aspiring content creator as part of her continuous effort to educate, enable and empower others. Mina is a dedicated facilitator who believes in the transformative power of education; consistently going above and beyond to enhance learning experiences and forge meaningful connections with and between participants.
